I have group filtering set up on my collection pages on my site and everything is working properly with that. I am actually wondering about changing the metadata and the description once a filter is clicked. It is causing some issues with SEO as every filter is basically a copy of the collection page with duplicate metadata, title, and description. How do I go about editing these for clean SEO?

Thanks for the response. Our website is https://www.worldofbarbecue.com. We are currently live so there isn’t a password to view the site.

I checked and don’t think it will give error about duplicate metadata, title, and description.
Because your filter works with the whole site reload mechanism, it’s not ajax load. So when the filter is clicked, it will reload a new collection page as you see on the site link, so there will be no duplicate data.

I was using Ubersuggest and was getting a lot of errors due to the page having duplicate description and title. Is this an issue for SEO or will it not hurt my website standing?
