Please kindly help me on how to change payment logos in the payment section during checkout. Thank you for your help.
Please see the screenshot below. Is it possible for me to change the “AllINPAY” logo to some text like “Credit Card”? I’m afraid that “ALLINPAY” logo is confusing to my customers. Thank you!
For instance, you may feel that adding a notice to your cart page about the payment methods available in the checkout clarifies the situation for your customers.
Have a look at how the edit language function works and think about where you might like to edit in some text to direct your potential customers.
That said, there are some indications there on the checkout itself that this is the credit card option, namely the credit card logos and the image of the payment card.
Would you still be setting up or in the early stages of launching this business or have you been working here a while?
In any case, let me know if there’s anything else we can help out with at any point in your journey!
I just have one more question. I found on other websites also built using Shopify, in their payment section during checkout, for credit cards payment, customers can fill in credit card information on the current webpage instead of being redirected to other gateways such as “Paypal” to submit the payment.
My question is as you can see in my original post, I use a third-party payment provider ALLINPAY to accept credit card payments. My customers have to go to ALLINPAY gateway to submit the payment. Is there any way that my customers can just fill in credit card information on the checkout page? Thank you so much!
Please find the screenshot below of other websites’ payment section.
Not all gateways would be considered “direct” methods. So being a gateway that keeps customer in the Shopify Checkout.
Some do need to do an offsite flow to complete the payment capture. It sounds like that gateway needs to do that.
As Jason has helpfully pointed out here, whether your customers are redirected to an external or offsite gateway rather than remaining on your site to check out would be down to the type of integration made available by that gateway company.
You can check to see if any of the other providers in your area offer an onsite experience instead, though you may need to confirm with them directly.
If you can confirm in which country your store is based we can share a list of all gateway providers available there so you can check them out.
