I have lost all confidence in Shopify Support or lack there of. The last two support calls I knew more than the agent.
How do we get simple support does anyone have any ideas? I am at wits end, do I need to move the stores to another and if so suggestions appreciated.
The last question is, Is there a simple way without using the returned filter to get the returns from the standard Orders export, I know refunds and partials but not returns. I always use the filter but the CPA wants the actual export report in one shot.
