7 days now I have a problem with analytics. I can’t see sessions or visitors. (I can see some visitors and sessions RANDOMLY per day 0-15). I enter my store from a different phone/device I go to checkout, I can see that someone is checking out but again 0 visitors/sessions. I have the same amount of orders I used to have since 1 week ago and I have the same ads on instagram.
My store used to have 100-250 sessions every day and now I get 0-15 every day and I KNOW THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM IT’S SO OBVIOUS. support says that visitors may have VPN or secret settings but again, I know that this is not the occasion because it’s not logic until 1 week ago to have 200 sessions and now 5 with the same amount of orders.
Sometimes I get more abandoned checkouts and orders than sessions. I really think that support says something just to close the case. The first time that I talked with someone from support (some days ago) the said that they can see the problem because they also tried to checkout from my store and they could see that someone is checking out but 0 visitors. They said they fixed it but the problem is still here and now they are saying there is no problem.
IS anyone else having the same problem or had in the past and how you solved it?
