Danish shop owners face huge issues selling in Sweden with Klarna because Klarna for Shopify Payments isn’t supported in Denmark. To offer Klarna to Swedish customers, Danish store owners are forced to create duplicate stores — doubling costs, admin work, and inventory management complexity. Adding Denmark to Klarna for Shopify Payments would solve this and make cross-border sales seamless.

I face the same issues. we cant sell to Sweden without klarna being a part of Shopify payments..!!
Why is Denmark not here?
Check out the third-party “Stripe Checkout for Shopify”. Depending on the country of your Stripe account, the currencies and customer locations supported by Klarna and other payment methods may vary. With this setup, Danish store owners can still offer Klarna to Swedish customers without needing to duplicate stores, since it follows the payment methods supported directly by your Stripe account.
Thank you for the reply Womikex, can you elaborate on the “Stripe Checkout for Shopify” payment solution or send me a link? I’ve talked with Stripe, and if they are used as a 3rd party payment provider in Shopify, they can only pass the payment request to Klarna in the currency it was initiated via Shopify (meaning Stripe will request Swedish customers in DKK).

If our store has DKK as standard currency, then if we use a 3th party payments method, the charge will be in DKK not SEK for swedish customers in checkout.
