I can’t understand why?

As you can imagine, when you are drop shipping, you are doing the same as thousands of other merchants. Google wants high quality trustworthy businesses. This means, to get approved, you need to do a lot of effort first.
For example have lots of reviews.
For example have a specific niche, not random products.
For example, why say inc vat when you are in the US? This is not normal.
These are just examples, and to check for all possible reasons, takes a lot of time and effort. So my recommendation is to check the policies and compare it against your website to find all possilbe issues:
