SUSPENDING PRODUCTS

Shopify asked me to prove that i am selling authenthic products. So i sent them proof of invoices at the beginning of the week. They stopped my payouts and are suspending (X) of our products at 6 July.

Since the start of this case i have reacted instant to their e-mails and showed proof that we are selling authentic products.

Yet they have started our payouts again buy they have not ended the suspension of our products. Which means we will lose our products because of the lack of response from shopify.

Is there anything we can do? Live chat can not help us with this. We need this to be solved before or during the weekend…

I am going through the same and it made me consider switch from Shopify to another platform. It is very expensive, and the fact that they can freeze your shop and all hard work put into it, tells me they are just another marketplace where they make you feel small and unimportant breaking up your business.

I have already had multiple clashes with them over taxation for refunded orders (marketplace tax), and POS not working properly. Shopify is low quality platform that doesn’t care for customers.

Repost the affected products temporarily on a separate draft store or staging account to maintain your sales visibility. Deduct all invoice proofs and correspondence. Use a private app or Shopify Flow to monitor and automate changes to the product’s status, keeping your listings organized while you wait for Shopify to resolve.
