Shopify itself isn’t responsible for fulfillment of orders, or refunds, as each store is operated individually. But if you don’t get your order within 30 days, you can submit a report to Shopify using their Report a merchant form. In the meantime, document all communication and consider reaching out to your payment provider to inquire about a dispute or chargeback if necessary. If the store ends up being a fraud, Shopify may shut it down, but your bank or payment service is usually responsible for repayment, not Shopify itself.
