Swapping "Image with Text" Image block with video

Hey there, coming from Webflow and new to Shopify so not sure exactly how this is done.

Site is: https://studio3print.ca/ using Trade theme.

I have a vertical video that I would like to use in place of the image on the right (guy in grey t-shirt).

The only video option in the Trade theme appears to be a wide video block that would not work as I need it side by side as it is currently with the hero. I assume this will have to be done with custom code. Please advise and thank you!

As you already seen to know this will need custom code.

I have had this before and my approach for it was to tweak the image text section to let you as store editor choose between adding image or video. And then display that accordingly with html, css and liquid.
