I have recently recieved a bunch of complains from my customers that some products are out of stock.
I went to check and figured out the issue :
In the picture you can clearly see that 3 of the colors are OUT of stock, but that was weird to me because I know I have a few in stock left.
I clicked the product, and confirming my doubts, the product still has a bunch of stock left :
So I contacted Shopify’s support, they told me this is not only on my store, but on everyones.
This is such a stupid issue that loses me a bunch of sales for NO reason…
Are there any workarounds? any solutions you guys may have?
