I recently created this site 2 days ago and downloaded ‘Swatchy - Colour Swatches’ app to help make the variants visually better. It worked for the most part and could be a bit buggy sometimes. There is currently ONE product that has the variants completely out of order. Can someone please help?

There are 2 locations if I click on the drop-down, but locations have the same order as the image above.

The issue is happening regarding the not default order structure based on the Quantity.

The variant that having the more Quantity, show on the first number & vice versa.

  • Swatchy is likely using an older cached variant order for that product.Try syncing or toggling swatches off or on inside app.
  • Re type option values to remove hidden characters.
  • Confirm “Use Shopify Variant Order” is enabled in Swatchy.

There is no option to order by quantity anywhere on Swatchy or the Product listing.

Tried toggling on and off — same issue for that one product.

Order remains an issue regardless of how many variants I put in and out.

It is currently in the correct order.

Even if I reorder it the other way 22 to 18, it still reflects the same order on the page.
