Hey everyone, I could use some advice. I’m trying to switch to an EIN since we’ve brought in new partners/shareholders. I reached out to Shopify two weeks ago for help, mainly to get Shopify Payments set up, but I’m stuck because I can’t edit the payment info—it’s still tied to my old details.
Has anyone had success with this? The reps I’ve talked to are trying to escalate the issue, but the higher-up team isn’t really helping. The whole process has been super slow, and the support has been pretty frustrating. This is insane…
