I run a shop selling clothes and second-hand items on Shopify. I’ve got a bit of an issue: I want my customers in France to only get their deliveries through Mondial Relay. Right now, we’re using Shopify Shipping which also offers La Poste and Chronopost, but I want to disable them and just keep Mondial Relay.
Does anyone know how to do this?

You could use an app like ShipMagic to hide La Poste and Chronopost for customers checking out in France.
This solution works even for the Basic Shopify plan.

Understood. I am not sure if it’s possible to disable shipping rates conditionally in Shopify on the basis of location.
Have you tried by creating different zones and then setting up different shipping rates for each zone?
Thank you for your suggestion regarding the management of shipping rates in Shopify. I have indeed tried creating different shipping zones and setting specific rates for each. However, this method did not allow me to specifically disable shipping options via Chronopost and La Poste for certain geographical areas.
It seems that the current configuration of Shopify allows for varying rates, but does not provide the flexibility needed to exclude certain delivery options in specific areas. I am looking for a solution that would allow me to more precisely control the available delivery services for each zone, according to the specific needs of our clientele.
