Symmetry Theme: Pictures and details

Hi all, hope youre fine.. So I just bought the Theme “Symmetry” and now I try to make it perfect :)..

First issue:

  • I uploaded my product pictures all square (1000x1000 px) but they are shown different. How can I fix this?

  • Next issue: I want the setting for products in a row as standard. Now the setting is for this block here.. How can I change this?

And last question:

How can I add pictures like this to my menu?
