Sync Inventory of multiple Products

Hi guys

I’m having some problems with my inventory. I sell chains with pendants and the pendants by them self. I use the same pendant for both products, so if i have 10 pendants in my inventory the chain with pendant and pendant standalone product should share this inventory. Right now, i have the inventory set to 10 on both the chain with pendant and the pendant standalone product. But then the user can choose 10 chains and 10 pendants and ruins my inventory.

So i guess my question is if there’s a way to sync the inventory of products so that if there’s a purchase of a pendant the inventory of the chain should be adjusted to.

Has anybody faced this issue?

Welcome to the community. there are multiple ways to address this

  1. use an app like connected inventory

  2. use a mechanic task from mechanic.dev
