how to sync several stores in inventory and orders ?
You can use Shopify apps for synching products/inventory and orders across multiple shopify stores.
One of the stores will act as source store and rest of the stores will get information from that store.
Feel free to try my app for it https://apps.shopify.com/syncerize
Looking for 1-way or 2-way sync?
To sync several stores effectively, you need a system that centralizes your operations. I recommend you take a look at Easify Inventory Sync. The app handles this by structuring your stores as follows:
-
The Setup (Source vs. Destination): The Source store acts as your central hub where you manage all your products, while the Destination stores act as your storefronts. You can connect one Source store to multiple Destination stores simultaneously to run different sites from one place.
-
How it works: Inventory levels sync from the Source out to all Destinations to keep stock updated in real-time. When a sale happens on any Destination store, the app automatically creates a corresponding order in the Source store so you can fulfill everything from one dashboard.
This app is worth adding to the shortlist for anyone currently shopping around for a sync solution. If you need any guidance, feel free to reach out to the Easify live chat directly ![]()
Hi,
Hope this will help
Shopify does not sync inventory or orders across stores by default.Inventory sync apps are the simplest solution for most merchants.
ERP or central inventory systems are better for high-volume or multi-brand setups and SKUs must match exactly across all stores.
Note - Plan your structure first to avoid overselling and sync errors
