Could you share what specific issues you’re having with the Discounts section of the admin?

The discount is havent any specific issues for it. Just 10% off if reach $500 and can use other discount code at same time

Are you inquiring if customers can use multiple discount codes on one single order? If so, you can set up discounts to be combinable so that your customers can benefit from more than one discount, if their cart meets the conditions that you set. The problem is 10%off is wrong calculation.
$822 x 10% should be 82.2
but it calculated to 80.2

This will allow our Team to be able to access your admin in real-time and look into this order and your discount settings so we can better determine why you’re seeing the discount being applied in such a way to the specific order you’ve shown in your original screenshot.
