Tagging staff members in Purchase Order stream

Hi

We are having difficulty when we tag fellow staff members in a purchase order stream.

The person will receive an email notification that they were tagged BUT the link in the email does not work (for IOS & Windows).

We are using the latest version of Office.

The tagging system works perfectly on the order stream using the software and hardware we have. Why would the PO tagging require anything different?

Good day. The problem persists.

  1. Tagging in ALL areas of Shopify works fine except in Purchase Orders.

  2. Staff members(including owner) receives notification emails. So notification settings/permissions not a problem.

  3. When clicking on the link in the notification we receive error message. See screenshots in previous post.
