If you want to automate it you can use Order Automator. Here’s how it would work:

Find a way to identify the subscription orders (order source / channel is a good one).

Create a rule in the app to automatically tag those orders. You can tag either the order or the customer.

In your marketing software, include or exclude orders or customers that have the tag. Ideally they can listen for the tag being applied, or compile the list before sending so that it syncs in real time.
