I started with ChatBot. I tried the options provided but gave up after the bot offered no other unique solutions. Then, I asked to speak to a Customer Adviser. The bot provided a link in the answer, which I hit. It took me to this page.
There were no further options. Please don’t tell me that the human customer service is gone. How do I talk to a real person?
