Hello,

My products are 100% made and sourced in Canada and are USMCA compliant. No tariffs were being charged to my USA customers over the last 2-3 weeks after fixing my HS codes, but as of yesterday (Oct 29) and the vote in the USA, tariffs are being charged again. I could only find limited information on this. AI says that it’s a glitch from Shopify. It says: On October 29, Shopify introduced a new feature for merchants to collect postal duty rates, which may have led to tariffs appearing at checkout again for some customers.

Is anybody else having this issue ?

Have you tried using another account to log in to your store and check if the tariffs appear at your checkout? That feature only collects postal duty rates if you turn it on in your settings I think
