Tawk.to Chat Widget gets covered by header and stuck in fullscreen on iOS and can't be closed

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had this issue before or knows what I can do to fix it?

When the widget is opened on iOS the top half of the app gets covered by the header bar with my logo, hamburger menu and cart icon - as a result of this the close button of the chat widget app gets covered and can’t be closed which is annoying for visitors. Please see attached.
