I am not sure what is happening to my taxes. I went back to check on my orders from this year and in February everything was working fine and taxes were being charged separately. I recently got an order and notices that the taxes are being included in the price. I reached out the support and I came to find out that the box in Settings was checked.
I unchecked it and saved, but my cart is still including taxes in the prices. I am not sure what to do. I have also checked the taxes setting to make sure nothing has changed. My products are checked to collect taxes.
A ticket was submitted to the tech department but I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this.
