When sending Shopify invoices the estimated tax is shown. Once the customer completes the payment and the order is placed shipped was not charged. Tax is being charged on online orders when the customer orders from our website.
Hi @AlandGray , what you’re describing sounds frustrating. Are you using Shopify Tax? What states or countries do you currently collect tax in, and where are you invoicing? What products are you invoicing?
