The reviews which got removed were from genuine merchants even they are still using our app. Can you please explain the removal of reviews? This directly affects our app listing conversions
this is what i never understood. Like how anyone with just 1 day using the app can give 5 star (unrelated to yours). And what is that store named “my store” can drop the reviews.
It is disheartening to see your condition.
I see many of my competitors are still having these kind of reviews .
This review system needs to be “reviewed” and made better.
