Terminaate my store when i was trying to change my billing card

hello everyone i need urgent help firstly shopify disable my store when i was trying to change my billing card and after that i got email for documents and i submitted that and today after 20 days i got this email

"This email is to inform you that after reviewing your information and website we have determined that your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify. We know this is not ideal, however we won’t be able to help with your business.

Please note that for security and privacy reasons we are unable to divulge the results of our reviews and investigations."

Please help I have funds in my Shopify payments and I am unable to pay my bills for fb ads and credit card.
