Termination of Store

Last Sunday I was just setting up my store. Thought I had it prepped and wrapped up. No items, but the baseline store was established. Later that evening, I was sent a termination letter. I didn’t even have a sale yet or items in the store. They said I should follow the link to respond and submit documents. And that is what I have tried to do over 6 times. After I press Submit, I get an error message. I keep trying to talk to support but that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere and not we are approaching a week. At a loss of what to do now. Move onto a different platform like BigCommercie or WooCommerce? I mean seriously now.

If you have a theme, you can create a new store and transfer the theme to it.

I think I just grabbed a basic theme. I was not done with the setup since I never entered items yet. I just called it the day after completing the base setup. So, absolutely no loss if I just start over.

You can either create a professional store yourself with a new one, or hire a developer who can create a professional store for you. @JDamschroder
