Shopify keeps disabling any new store I make on my current account. Support told me I could make a new account and that I wouldn’t have any issues since it was supposed to be regarding 1 store. On my other account my new stores still get disabled a few days after I add my personal information to unlock Shopify payments. I did receive an email stating that my account was determined to to be in violation of AUP but there was no further explanation. I’m not sure what exactly caused my store to be closed but every time I contact support or reply to my email I keep getting the same response from Shopify. This is really frustrating I’m used to using Shopify for my businesses and now I’m considering switching to a different platform.
Hi @icebird !
I understand that this is not an ideal situation that you are currently in. It is possible that Shopify detected some activity in your account that violates Shopify AUP which caused this issue such as, illegal activities, fraud, and sales of prohibited products. If you already received an email from Shopify regarding this matter, I highly suggest that you reply back to the email and asked for further explanation what is the main cause. If not, kindly check your spam and junk mails if there are any emails from Shopify explaining why your account got disabled. Otherwise, have an open communication with Shopify support team regarding your account.
I highly advise that your review Shopify AUP so, you can further check if there are any activities or content on your store that may have violated the policy.
no, Shopify will not give you any reply. I have submitted it 3 times, but there is no reply. It is as calm as a pool of dead water. This makes people feel very uncomfortable. I also clearly stated that if the materials are not enough, I can provide other materials for assistance. When I submitted it for the second time, I submitted more information to prove that I am legal. But there is still no reply.
