Terms and Conditions Checkbox that shows on specific product pages?

Hi there using an older version of the Dawn theme (we plan to upgrade this year. there’s just a lot of customization).

I was able to insert the below using the custom liquid option in theme editor. However, I realize this won’t work because not all of our products need this checkbox. Is there a way to have this Terms and Condition only populate on the product page if there’s a certain Product Tag on the product? Product tag could be “checkbox”. If so, could someone help me out?
