Terms of service question - hateful content

Shopify allows merchandise designed to get people killed. We know Shopify allows this because they allow a store, LibsOfTikTok, whose goal is to get trans people murdered or at least get them to kill themselves. However, the terms of service contains language forbidding “Hateful content,” “hate or violence against people based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, veteran status, or other forms of discriminatory violence.” So can anyone help point out what loophole or inconsistency exists that allows for transphobic terrorist stores? There have already been multiple bomb threats at children’s hospitals and violent attacks at queer events directly because of Chaya Raichik of LibsOfTikTok who is using Shopify services.

They are still up. There has now been a mass murder shooting at an LGBTQ+ night club and now this account is accelerating their stochastic terrorism. Five people are dead and dozens injured. Shopify is the main source of revenue of the terrorist that is arguably the most responsible. Now what?
