Testing a simple $99 chargeback evidence packet service for Shopify stores

I am testing a small done-for-you service for Shopify merchants who are dealing with chargebacks, refund disputes, or “delivered but not received” claims.

The situation I keep seeing is pretty familiar:

  • tracking says delivered, but the customer says they never received the package
  • a refund was already issued, but the customer still opens a chargeback
  • the proof exists, but it is scattered across Shopify, carrier tracking, emails, screenshots, refund timestamps, and policy pages
  • when it is time to respond, everything feels rushed and messy
