Text overlay position on phone for the symmetry theme

I want to have the alignment of the text in the middle when you look at the website form your phone and aligned on the left when you are on the computer. The first picture is how it looks like now and the second is how i want it to look. I also want to change the size of the button on both the desktop and mobile version. Does someone know how to do that?

you can check in customizations there option or button size we need to edit in code

I do not have 2 option with the alignment on the text. I can only choose the alignment for both the phone and computer. I want the text on the computer to be aligned at the left and the text on the phone in the center. I recon i need to change some code but i cant figure out which code
