I have searched through the pages and I have struggled to find exactly what I need to do with my Shopify site.
I have two options in a Variant of "Preference; Option 1: “No Thanks” and Option 2: “Yes Please”. These at the moment trigger a price change that is controlled by Shopify.
What I would like to do is when “Yes Please” is selected, it generates a textbox below. I will eventually need four or so textboxes but I can work that out later.
If anyone can lead me in the right direction, it will be greatly appreciated. I am using the Maker Theme.

I have been working on a new template file to try and get it doing what I want. I just want to trigger the textbox when I change the variant to “Yes please I’d like your help” and then disappear when “No thanks I’'ll do it myself”.
Then once the textbox is there, I can pass it as a variable into the checkout.
