Thank You page doesn't load if customer buys post purchase upsell on shopify checkout

So we were forced to migrate to OCU Native and shopify checkout. We used to have a recharge checkout with OCU Legacy. When a customer declines any of the 2 post purchase upsell offers, the Thank you Page loads. When a customer buys any of the post purchase upsells, it gets an error page. Thank you Page doesn’t load. How can I fix this??
