the shop accepts addresses from the United States but when I tried to add a new market (Saudi Arabia) the addresses are not accepted at the checkout it says go back and check the address

You may try

Shipping Zones:
- Go to your Shopify admin.
- Navigate to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
- Under “Shipping,” check if you have a shipping zone that includes Saudi Arabia. If not, you’ll need to add Saudi Arabia to one of your shipping zones or create a new shipping zone for it.
- Ensure that you have shipping rates set up for Saudi Arabia within that zone.

Addresses in different countries have different formats. Ensure that the address you’re entering for Saudi Arabia is in the correct format. For instance, some countries might not use zip codes, or they might have additional fields like provinces or regions.

I had to delete the markets and the profiles and made new ones to add the shipping rates
the problem as you said was the shipping rates
so I had to add the countries and their shipping rates
