The best payment gateways for UAE stores to sell internationally in local currencies?

I have a Shopify site that is currently selling in the UAE. I want to start selling internationally (US/UK), but I cannot display my site in the currency applicable to those markets. Shopify tells me only Shopify payment works, and Stripe tells me they can, but it’s an issue with Shopify.

I hope the community can offer me a good solution as it affects sales on checkout as many don’t know UAE Dirham and all the apps only display in currency but on checkout changes to AED.

Are there any payment gateways that can sell in different currency whilst still be based in UAE?
