Hi, @rockystarstore .

You can try to troubleshoot this by following the steps below, to begin with:

  • Try viewing your store via an incognito window, to see if the products’ original prices with the strikethrough will show up
  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache before viewing your store
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try accessing your store on Chrome or Firefox
  • You can also try to use another device, such as your mobile or a tablet

Are you also using a third-party app to control your products? Or have you perhaps recently installed any third-party apps on your store?

If so and to rule out any app interference, you can install a fresh copy of a Shopify theme by going to Online store > Themes > Explore free themes and select a theme to add to your library. From there, click on Actions > Preview, and you can then view your storefront to see if the strikethrough prices of your products will show up.

If the issues don’t persist on the fresh theme, chances are a third-party app may be interfering with how your product pricing is meant to show. If you or a developer working on your store have made any code changes recently to your theme, the newly added code may also be the cause of this issue.

If you need further help to look into this, you can contact our Live Support team so that we can take a closer look at your account from our end. We aren’t able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, but you can reach out to our Support team via our Help Center here. Once logged in, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you’ll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. Our Live Support team will then be able to securely access your account to investigate this matter in more detail. If your store uses one of our Shopify themes, our Support team can also liaise with our Themes Specialists so that they can help troubleshoot this further, if required.

Looks like you’re putting your products on sale at the moment? Don’t forget to notify your customers of this incentive you’re currently offering! Email marketing is an effective way to reach those that are already on your mailing list, but I recommend looking at advertising your sale on social media too, to reach more prospective customers. I’ve curated a few blogs to help you with this, feel free to have a good read of them below:
