I’m having a problem buying domain. I have tried multiple times, troubleshooted couple of ways that are available on shopify support forums. But, still i couldn’t buy my domain. I called my bank whether is there any restriction on my account relating to international transactions or ecommerce? they said no. I’m using a visa debit card to buy the domain, pls help me. I’m stuck.

I understand you’re experiencing issues purchasing a domain as it states the domain wasn’t registered and to try again.
Have you tried using a different payment method to see if the domain purchase goes through successfully? If you continue to run into issues using a different card/payment method, I recommend getting in touch with our team via the Shopify Help Center. There may be additional issues that we are unable to see via the community forum and our internal team will have access to. When accessing the Help Center, you’ll need to type your question in the chat box to the Help Center Assistant to connect with a Support Advisor.
