I am reaching out to inquire about the potential eligibility of orders created using Matrixify for proportional usage-based billing on Shopify Plus transactions.
As part of our app development services, we have been working on providing merchants with membership tiers and point systems based on their past purchase amounts, among other factors. We have noticed that many merchants migrating from platforms other than Shopify are keen on seamlessly continuing the customer experience and often wish to migrate their order histories, previously processed within their previous platforms, to Shopify.
In light of this, we would greatly appreciate it if you could clarify whether orders created using Matrixify would be considered eligible for proportional usage-based billing on Shopify Plus transactions. Understanding this aspect would greatly assist us in providing accurate guidance to our merchant clients.
