If the favicon image on the login screen is not appearing in Shopify, ensure that:

  1. Your favicon is uploaded in Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme Settings > Favicon.
  2. The favicon file is in a supported format (PNG, ICO, or JPEG) and is correctly linked.
  3. Clear your browser cache and test on multiple devices.
  4. Check for conflicts in custom code or apps that might block the favicon.

If the issue persists, inspect the login page’s HTML to confirm the favicon link tag is present and properly loaded.
