the frustration with Shopify in store POS changes... ALL THE TIME!!!!

Are you all sure this is not a Profile issue? I had a complaint about this today from a client, however they have 6 different profiles and share loose iPads amongst themselves. Could using ONE PROFILE as a login fix this for you? That way the POS screen wouldn’t change from each shift if you are a small shop. I might be wrong if you are finding additional steps to be the problem. Each older employee should be sure they are logged into their correct profile when checking out?
