In some of the Product pages when the variant is changed the headings of regular price and sale price disappears. This doesn’t happen to every product but only some of the product.

You have added custom code for your variant price on liquid template ( It will only work when page refresh ). And you should do the same edit for JavaScript code too.
but it dose not work on some products. For the majority of products it works
