The information in my Press page (which is visible) does not show up

I have added photos and copy to my Press Page (which is essentially a blog page) and none of the new posts are showing up.

It is visible - and has been since May 2021.

What can I do to make it work?

What is the post source? Was it an app or external website? I would check if they might be changes to the post source

I wrote all the posts myself - including adding the links and photos. But when I click to see the page, only the old posts I did last year are showing up. I have been playing with the visibility button. But that doesn’t help either. This page has been visible for over a year - so what do I need to do to get all the new posts to show up?

Hi @Martee ,

Try opening in incognito browser and see if the problem persist. If you still have problem, do you mind sharing your website?

My graphic designer went looking on the Press Page - and didn’t find the new posts, he tried multiple ways to look. (He’s a lot more computer savvy than I am).

Hi again -

I just worked with a Shopify person and she was able to help me to see what I had missed! I am pleased. It is working now.

But thank you so much for trying to help me out - it is all the small details that I didn’t realize I had to do.
