The link for French version of tracking window comes out incomplete

I’m a Technical Support representative from ShipTime company.

My team currently experiencing issue with getting no link for tracking when our platform is switched to French language and order is performed.

When making a purchase through regular order flow we encounter an issue with getting tracking information for French version:

We are using a href link example: Suivez Maintenant

After some troubleshooting we have gathered the French version of the url link is being generated correctly from our ShipTime platform.

However, on Shopify side the link is not managed correctly.

Looking forward to any input on this matter.
