The only choice to purchase through my store is via bundles

Hi there!

My store is only allowing you to purchase with bundles (Such as buy 2, save 6 pounds) - there is no choice to purchase just 1 item. How do i resolve this?

It sounds like your store has a bundle requirement either due to an app, theme settings, or automatic discounts. Here’s how you can troubleshoot and fix this:

  1. Check bundling apps – If you’re using a bundle app, review its settings to see if it’s enforcing minimum purchase quantities. Try disabling it temporarily to test.
  2. Review automatic discounts – Go to Settings > Discounts and check if there’s an automatic discount requiring a minimum purchase quantity.
  3. Inspect theme settings – Some themes have built-in bundle options. Check Online Store > Themes > Customize, especially in the product page settings.
  4. Cart or checkout restrictions – Apps like Upsell or Cart Drawer may be modifying cart behavior. Disable them temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.

If none of these fix the problem, try switching to a Shopify default theme (like Dawn) to see if the issue is theme-related
