Hi @tols.co.uk

Welcome to the community.

I must tell you first, to do a bit of research and check other topics on feedback and one with “no sales” or “zero sales” to see a lot of good advice on store issues, how to convert more, and what you can improve.

Your site is OK, has a good theme, but I find a few things missing.

A recent feedback says it all

So try to get an idea in what direction to go.

And do check your homepage, customer reviews, date is spinning and it is very strange, must be a bug.

Good luck.
