I’m a shopify app developer. Our app requires shopify merchants to upload some pictures in “Settings—>File”. Some of the merchants sell inflatable dolls. I don’t know why their uploaded pictures will be automatically deleted after a period of time ( Not all businesses that sell inflatable dolls have encountered this situation).
We would like to consult shopify under what circumstances will automatically delete the pictures uploaded in “Settings—>File”.
