The product categories do not show up when using mobile device, please help!

Hi, when I go on my website through a mobile browser, the product categories do not show up unless I flip my phone horizontally. Please let me know if there is a solution to this.

so as you can see, on the mobile site, the product categories such as “Home, Living, Dining etc.” don’t show up.
