The rerun of workflow is giving data but trigger event is not .

I’m trying to attach order tag based on last visit to site, when I place an order, the workflow is triggered and checks for the condition where my referral code is not empty and exists. if referral code is present then, order tag is added but im getting referral code as empty.

“Customer Journey Summary / Last Visit / Referral Code = ”

When I try to rerun my workflow manually, then I’m finding the value. Can someone help me with this problem?

Have you tried to delay execution of your flow with “Wait” action to give it a bit of time to “settle”?

No, the field itself is empty at automatic trigger but for manual trigger field is filling
