Consider the following search:
Hmm, the article I’m looking for is not on page 1 of search results…
Nor on page 2…
Oh, there it is! Result #48! Despite searching almost the exact title of the article!

If it’s not showing on page 1, it might just be a small mismatch in wording. Shopify’s search can be picky sometimes. Instead of typing the full sentence, try searching just one keyword like “research” or “test” and see what comes up.
Also, double-check that it’s not filtered to a specific blog or visibility setting. Sometimes it’s there, just hiding behind a filter.
If you still can’t find it, it could’ve been saved as a Page instead of a blog post — that happens more often than you’d think.
The search function uses text from the title and content, and sorts blogs in reverse chronological order, which is why you got this issue.
You can try adding your keyword to “…” and searching again to see if it resolves the issue.
